◆Consultation Details◆ From a steel pipe manufacturing company: "I want to automatically supply steel pipes of different diameters, lengths, and weights to the cutting machine one by one." "It's a hassle to transport each pipe to the (existing) conveyor with a crane..." "I would be happy if I could stock the cut steel pipes together." ◆Our Proposal & Achievements◆ ➀ Established a new stock platform that allows for automatic supply (one pipe at a time according to diameter). ➁ Supplied to the conveyor without the need for lifting operations with a crane. ➂ Transported the cut steel pipes on the conveyor to a separate stock platform. *Introduced a reversing machine for discharging from the conveyor to the stock platform. ◆Effects◆ The task of transporting each pipe to the conveyor with a crane has been eliminated, resulting in a significant increase in efficiency! Since a supply method tailored to the diameter can be chosen, the risk of dropping or missing pipes has also been reduced!
